Rachel Halpern is an author and editor. She’s worked on children’s books like the Best of Marvel Look and Find, Rainbow Bath, and Gekko vs. the Splatcano, and her short fiction has appeared in Daily Science Fiction (twice), Beneath Ceaseless Skies, and Liminal Stories. She also co-authored a short nonfiction piece, which appears in the June/July 2011 issue of Reader’s Digest, about modern scarecrow devices. It’s riveting, she promises.
Rachel is a graduate of Grinnell College and the Alpha Writer’s Workshop, with an MFA in creative writing through the University of Southern Maine. She works for Phoenix International Publications in Chicago.
